PAVILION RESERVATIONS

 

There are several areas that can be reserved for a fee at Cleveland Lakefront/Headlands Beach State Parks. Edgewater Upper, Euclid Beach, Wildwood and Headlands Beach Pavilions and a conference room at the Park Office.

Fees are listed below, a permit must be obtained and completed with a deposit to hold. Or click here for a permit.

Sorry, no alcoholic beverages are permitted and no off-roadway vehicular traffic allowed for loading or unloading.

Park Office Conference Room

Park Office

Seats approximately 40 people, a great place for those all day retreats or staff meetings or luncheons.

Set-up and cleanup is the reserving groups responsibility, but if a detailed set-up is needed please specify when reserving the room. Food & beverages are allowed in the conference room if lunch/dinner is part of the groups’ program. Please note only available Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m..

Edgewater Park Upper Pavilion

Edgewater Pavilion

Edgewater’s Upper Pavilion has become increasingly popular for family reunions, business meetings and company picnics.

Its close proximity to the beach, playground and grassy area for volleyball, etc. makes it a perfect place to go! Renovated in 2001, the pavilion accommodates approximately 200 people for the whole pavilion or 100 people per half.

Euclid Beach & Wildwood Pavilions

Euclid Beach Pavilion

Built in 1998, both Euclid Beach and Wildwood Pavilions offer the perfection solution for those family reunions, birthday celebrations, etc…both pavilions accommodates approximately 50 people. Price includes water and electric.

Headlands Beach Pavilion

Headlands Beach Pavilion

With a beautiful view of Lake Erie, Headlands Beach picnic pavilion is available to be reserved. Perfect for birthday parties, family reunions or company picnics, it provides a sheltered place to go in case of inclement weather.  The pavilion does not have electric or water and accommodates 40 people.
